Kapten is a platform for connecting customers and drivers. The contract that binds Kapten to the drivers is a partnership contract. With Kapten, you can order a ride immediately or book in advance via the app (available on Android and iOS). Kapten is the VTC app that takes care of its users with an exclusive loyalty program, fair prices set before ordering, the ability to book your driver in advance, and responsive local customer service.
How Kapten referral program works
You can refer friends to get discounts on your rides. As you progress to the next level of our loyalty program, the more rewards you will receive for each referral. The referrer earns credits at the end of each ride completed by the referred friend. The validity period of the credit is determined by the referrer's loyalty status : - EXPLORER referrer : your referred friend has 30 days following the day the referral code was added on his/her account to complete his/her first ride, and get both parties their total credit. - ADVENTURER, GLOBETROTTER or ASTRONAUT referrer : your referred friend has 60 days following the day the referral code was added on his/her account to complete his/her first rides, and get both parties their total credits. For example : If a GLOBETROTTER customer refers a friend who's first ride is completed less than 60 days after adding the referral code, both the referrer and the referred will automatically get a credit at the end of the referred's first ride. If the second ride of the referred friend is completed 64 days after adding the referral code, none of the parties will receive the second credit. As a referrer, you can follow your referrals and send reminders to your referred ones. Go to the "Refer a friend" section in the menu of your app, and click on "See my referrals". You can follow your referrals and share your code.
